The breakfast was very good. Our welcome soup and fruits was lovely. It was a delight to be served the afternoon tea in the tea room. A very good experience. The staffs were excellent and friendly. Very very helpful and we felt welcomed by Mr Zhang. The whole place is lovely, like entering a traditional Chinese courtyard house with tea rooms and a little garden and greeneries. Well preserved with probably the original wooden doors. Would recommend to stay to experience the atmosphere.

The location of the hotel is great: 200 m from metro station. Breakfasts - diverse and delicious. Very helpful and friendly Staff. A comfortable bad. Facilities such as late meals, laundry, and umbrellas when it was raining. Please remember that this hotel chain is dedicated to Chinese tourists and, in spite of being very friendly to tourists from different countries, it doesn't provide English language support. So, be ready that everything is written in Chinese-so you need to speak Chinese or to be patient, open-minded, and use an online translator in a fluent way.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, within walking distance to some tourist attractions (although most locals will tell you it's better to take the Metro or a taxi 😂). The hotel offered a very fulfilling breakfast, with food from both eastern and western cultures, dessert and freshly squeezed fruit juice. The staff were friendly and helpful when answering our inquiries. A big thank you for helping us book a taxi to the high-speed railway station.

Hyatt Regency Fuzhou Cangshan is situated in Fuzhou with convenient public transportation to the city. It is close to the Wulong River and Qishan Mountain.

The breakfast was amazing. The facilities and restaurants were splendid. The service of the people were incredible. The bath and views of the room were gorgeous.

friendly and helpful staff who went beyond the expected and surprised me with the extra they did, especially the housekeeping. amazing job especially by the one, I don’t know her name, who cleaned my room 5/30. I was there for a wedding and before I left the room, I put on makeup and hurried out, leaving all the eyeliners and brushes out of my makeup bag and laying them on the bathroom counter/sink. when I came back in the afternoon, they were SO organized, with each one of them laying properly and one next to another on a clean hand towel! never had I had that happen to me during my travels and I was gladly overwhelmed! I knew the staff was a she because in the later afternoon she came to my room with the notice about construction noise, and asked me if four bottles of water she put in my room was enough. please do show my gratitude to that lady
