The staff here are exceptional-Always responsible and attention to every need. The hotel excuses a European charm，with thoughtful touches like warm bilingual instruction，portable maps and hand written weather for the day. Front desk manager Xiao is professional and helpful. She patiently tried to solve our problem reservations via booking.com.
Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly. Good service overall. Good breakfast.
Would have rated higher if not for the issue between the hotel system and Booking.com for losing our bookings.
