The staff were so helpful, from messaging us before we arrived, to talking to our taxi driver to give directions. They were very friendly and all of them spoke at least basic English. The location is also superb, within easy walking distance of the beach/pier and Zhongshan Road, and surrounded by lots of places to eat. Comfortable, clean and warm rooms.

Room was upgraded - instead of sea view I got large suite. It was suitable as for business, as for rest. There was good view to part of the beach. Possibility to walk on the beach - additinal pleasure. Breakfast was probably on of the best I tried in China.

Front desk manager Xiao is professional and helpful. She patiently tried to solve our problem reservations via booking.com. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly. Good service overall. Good breakfast. Would have rated higher if not for the issue between the hotel system and Booking.com for losing our bookings.
