A very nice, clean, well-equipped hotel. We really liked our apartment, there was nothing missing. It is in a good location, shopping mall, small shops, restaurants. The city center is a little further away, but it is not a problem with a taxi or subway. We will gladly choose this hotel again next time, it was very good.

Love the design of this hotel, very modern and a fantastic view of the city too. The staff were very friendly, and speak good English too, which is a great benefit for business travellers.

Polite and well service mind staffs. Love an architect of building and interior of main hall and reception. Beautiful view and garden. Really enjoy a private hot spring. More choices of breakfast would be perfect. A nice place to relax and spend more time in the hotel.

The staff has been really nice, and their English was good and easy to understand, we hadn't any problem in communicating actually. 5 stars! I really liked the breakfast, I really appreciated the variety of options there were. 5 stars! The room was big and clean. 5 stars! I really enjoyed this hotel and for the price it had I really think it is an amazing option.

The hotel is very decent and has all the necessary facilities while being clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds are clean and comfy and the bathrooms are spacious. They provide enough pillows for each bed and the rooms are very spacious. The breakfast was decent but some limiting options. It is walking distance from the tram station. This is the perfect hotel to be slightly out of the noisy city but does require travelling if you need to be in the city center. The wifi was good and easy to connect to
