The guesthouse is very well located — close to the exit of Tongli but also within walking distance to the town center. The host was extremely kind, helpful, and always available on WeChat, which made everything easier. The room itself was great: safe, bright and very comfortable.

Location is excellent! It is central and located in the middle of Tongli. The furnishings are vintage. Although newly renovated, it preserves its traditional chinese design throughout the whole inn.

We have been to Suzhou many times but this was the first time we stayed in Crown Plaza. We are very happy with our selection, the location, the water view and the hotel's proximity to major attractions are first class. The walking path above the water next to the hotel makes our stay even more enjoyable. It is so beautiful with flowers along both sides of the pathway. The service is excellent with all our demands are met. We celebrate our milestone birthday here. The check-in, room services and breakfast are all great. This is one of the best Crown chain hotel in the world we have stayed. We wish to thank you all for the great facility and service.

1. The hotel position near the historical part of the city with a superb lake view, 2. The owner and his wife were very kind to us and the communication was perfect, 3. Very clean, very comfortable bed and beddings. Well decorated. And relatively close to the attractions. Breakfast buffet was great with many options. Will definitely choose Atour again!
