we stay at two bedroom suite, the housekeeping did very great they everyday cook different dessert put in a warmer put at our room everynight with a little note make us felt warm after a tired day.... front desk did great too i need outside laundry service they help me to find and contact. i like everything about this hotel for sure will stay again if i got chance to travel to xiamen again.

My trip to Xiamen was one of the best trips I have had in a long time, thanks in large part to my stay at the 12 Seaside Hotel. It was my first trip to China and everything was great. A huge thanks to the owners of the hotel for being so welcoming and helping with everything from getting around the city to recommendation on local food. The hotel service was excellent, and it was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of breakfast options, and we could enjoy a sea view while dining, which made the experience even more enjoyable. On the last day, I got food poisoning and needed to go to the pharmacy for medicine. The gentleman at the front desk, worried that we might have trouble as we were unfamiliar with the area, kindly offered to take us to a nearby pharmacy. His service attitude was exceptional—I’m really grateful to him.
