Richard and his staffs are amazing. The view from our rooms (pool and lily pond facing) is lovely. Even though there are no lilies in the pond as it is winter, the mountain view from our rooms is just magnificent!
We enjoyed the relaxing and informative hourlong complimentary tea appreciation session --- came complete with fruits and snacks :). The hotel provides good choices of complimentary breakfast sets, ranging from local 桂林米粉 to toasts and waffles. Dinner is tasty and reasonably priced. Richard is very accommodating, allowing us to use the restaurant to play our boardgames after dinner, serving us complimentary free flow tea throughout our game and even help us cut fruits.
Even though the hotel is not in the heart of city, it is very convenient to travel to city (cab ride is only ~US$2 to the city). We actually like the fact that it is not located in the city as it is more relaxing and the view is better. The hotel is right across a nice cafe, 5 mins walk from a strawberry picking farm and walking distance to bamboo rafting jetty. The hotel also provide scooter rental.
Tea Cozy Hotel staffs give very good sightseeing and activities advices and helped us book the paid ones at a discount. I like the fact that they do not push sale on paid activities, instead they would actually advised us to do free sightseeing (amazing ones like the 3 bridges) that are more suitable for the weather.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Tea Cozy Hotel.

At the moment I arrived - the view is magnificent! Free bicycle provided. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly! Especially Michelle - she went beyond and helped me to book last min train ticket because my flight was cancelled!

I'm very glad I chose to travel to the beautiful Yangshuo, and I'm delighted with my choice of this hotel. It is clean and cozy, and the managers have a warm attitude. (They speak fluent English, as well as French and Chinese. They are a happy Chinese-French couple.) They provided advice and help in every aspect, making my trip smooth and doubling my happiness. I will come back if I have the chance. I have already recommended it to my friends, and they can't wait to come to Yangshuo and relax at this hotel.

This place is marvelous and it corresponds exactly to what the pictures promised. The rooms are beautiful, clean, modern, and with incredible views of the mountains. Staff are super helpful, always ready to support us in whatever we need. Breakfast is Chinese style, but with a few Western options. We even got a free photoshoot with the photographer Xiao Mo. It was great. We loved it and want to come back again in the future.

I'm extremely satisfied. The staff here are all very friendly and have provided us with great assistance. The room is very spacious and the view is beautiful. It's larger than many hotels I've stayed in. The breakfast in the restaurant is delicious. During my trip in China, it's finally a place that offers a breakfast friendly to Western tastes. It's been a very pleasant trip.

It was great, staff was super friendly especially Sofia, who also was our tour guide on the bike trip.
