The most wonderfull thing about this hotel is a natural true “home feeling” there. All the attitude, attention and care from a lovely employee Tiffany create such a warm atmosphere around. She gives necessary guidelines about the Park, what to see there, the best routes for walking, she follows you to the Park entrance every morning, always available for contact and help, picks you up after walking. That is very valuable. I do recommend this hotel also because it is perfectly located close to the unpopular West park entrance what help you to avoid crowds. After an active mountain day you can swim there or chill at the hotel terrace. The room was cleaned every day. You will definitely enjoy staying at this hotel.

Amazing staff. Lucas and Eason were ultra helpful in helping us navigate the possible itineraries and (quite) complicated structure of Zhangjiajie NP, as well as taking us to the park entrance themselves. Very beautiful facilities and excellent restaurant, highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay! The host Mary is incredible, she helped me a lot. The location is just near the entrance to the park, some minutes by walk. The room is clean, the food is delicious, all the staff is friendly. I highly recommend this hotel❤️

Excellent views, access to the convenient (and less crowded) west gate of Yuan Jia Jie 5 min from the lodge. Staff, Rain, is excellent and dropped us off each day. Food was lovely, scenery was even better. Excellent tea master and tasting, thank you! Max the reception dog was a treat each morning.

The owner, Carol. She was really, really nice. She speaks English (difficult to find in China) and extremely helpful and friendly. She booked the entrance to Avatar mountains and adviced us about how to avoid cues (and it worked). She also waited for us to let us eat a delicious dinner although we arrived late to the hotel.

The stay in the hotel was super nice. The whole family took great care of us and the food was delicious and it is a great hotel for families and anyone wanting to visit Zhangjiajie National Park. When you know the plan of the forest it is really not hard, but there is not really a good plan. The owner gave us directions and provided a driver to get us to the park and back.

Carol is an exceptional host who speaks good English. She has a very good knowledge of where to go and visit in the Zhangjiajie Forest Park. Close (400 metres) to the West Gate Ticket Office. Serves good value breakfast (3 options) and very good value dinner.

The homestay is located in the forest park scenic area. The environment is super nice. There is a small courtyard and a swimming pool. There is also a small stream in front of the door where you can play in the water. The room was clean and comfortable. The landlady served us very warmly. The boss's dishes were delicious, especially the white-feathered black-bone chicken and cured meat at his place, which was particularly tasty. It was my favorite style. When we went to the mountains for a trip, we took the bus right at the door, which saved us a lot of time. It was a perfect travel experience. I'm very grateful to the landlady for providing us with the travel guide
