Everything was excellent, smooth check-in, very good and instant communication with the owner, very good WiFi, shower, matrass, very clean, many adapters for European AC standard. Perfect location also. Didn't have any noise issues either from the main street.

outstanding gourmet a la carte breakfasts with enough choices to last a week without repetition. Dinner/lunch were even better, by far the best two meals we've had in Cyprus. And then the staff: rarely have we encountered such enthusiastically friendly and helpful hotel staff anywhere in the world. It really made a difference. The location just outside the Old City walls cannot be beaten, providing excellent access not only to the Old Town but also the best parts of the New Town (for bars/restaurants). Everything is within walking distance.

Modern building right in the center of Nicosia, only a 3-5 minute walk to Elefteria square, so you have all the places nearby. It was very easy to check in at the reception, the car is parked in an automatic underground parking, which was quite innovative. The apartment condition was amazing with a great view of the city, a large terrace, great bedrooms and bathrooms. Definitely the best stay we could have had for a few days in Nicosia. There was a welcoming bottle of wine and fruits at the check in.
