The hosts were from Kosovo – incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel was spotless, the room very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. I also appreciated the fridge filled with water and refreshing drinks. Everything was thoughtfully prepared.

The room was great, very clean and very stylish! The view from the 14th floor was magnificent! The location was excellent as it’s too close to two U-Bahn stations.

I have always searched for Motel One Hotels in any city I visit because of the cleanliness and location of the hotels. For the one in Cologne, the hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the main train station with a lot of shops and cafes around it. The room itself is just the right size for a short stay, clean and has a big shower room. The bed and pillow are comfortable and there are enough sockets and plugs for your devices. You can request for a daily clean up as well.

This hotel is situated in Cologne city centre, 200 metres from the Heumarkt Square. It offers spacious rooms and a restaurant.

First of all, the staff was really kind and helpful. Secondly the room I stayed at was lovely, spacious and very clean . The bed was very big and comfortable and the bathroom was simply amazing! The hotel is located in a nice and safe area, close to the city centre and the Köln Hbf (15mins on foot or ~10mins by public transport. The Heumarkt Station is a mere 2 minutes walk, the ride is only 2 stops and then another minute or two on foot until you reach the Central Station). There are also many cafes and places to eat nearby, as well as a Rewe supermarket.

This Novotel on the Rhine River Promenade in Cologne offers soundproofed rooms, a modern restaurant and a sauna.

Overall, we had a great time at this accommodation. Room was well equipped, bed was comfortable and location perfect! Close to many attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc. Staff were fantastic, especially the lady at the front desk (apologies as her name escapes me but I believe she was from Spain) as she was extremely professional, friendly and helpful! Complimentary drink(s) offer for not using room service was a nice touch! I would highly recommend this property during a stay in Cologne.
