Great experience and very good value for money. Super nice and friendly stuff. Would recommend! Constructive feedback: - Toilet had flushing problem but it was cleaned daily - Fitness was small (low roof too) and very basic but did the job for one training - Food was good but not much variety. It is good for 3 nights, though.

Everything. - beautiful 2 floor room - delicious and abundant breakfast - pool and sauna!!!!!!!!! 3 saunas, 65, 95 and 45 degrees,pool open 7-22, sauna 16-21 (Sun since 8), 6 EUR per room per stay. The atmosphere is very kids friendly.

So pleased I chose this hotel, originally chosen as attending an event at the Lanxess Arena. Perfect location for that as only steps across the road, but with an underground station so close by we were in the centre of Cologne within minutes. Nice to remove ourselves from the hustle and bustle of the centre. Big room, comfortable bed and great shower/bath. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Bar area very nice with excellent cocktails! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, a perfect base to explore Cologne.

- serviceminded 10/10 staff . Always going the extra mile , always with a smile . Other hotels could learn from them . The hotel isn't the most luxurious , but they really have understand what counts ( don't get me wrong , it has all you need and rooms are nice ) - No isn't an option at the staff - would I stay there again ? Not a seconds of doubt :) :) :) :) :)
