Hotels in Mülheim, Cologne

We were the group of 9 people for 9 days on FIBO exhibition so I can tell a lot about hotel. the obvious things are that hotel is brand new, with a lot of style, You just feel very good in those interiors. at first I thought it is more for young people, as the first day we came I felt a bit like in student house but in the good meaning of course, there was lot of young smiling people ( in neighborhood there was some concert at that day). The next day I saw a lot of business guests as well and even older people so whenever you wonder if this profile of hotel is suitable for you the answer is YES, all kind and all types of guest will feel comfortable in Moxy not only young people. There is no restaurant in the hotel but there is a bar open 24h where in case you can order even some pizzas at night so it is great. In same building next door there is high quality burgers restaurant, and just the next building 50 meters of walk there are stylish and tasty Asian and Italian restaurants with reasonable prices. we were 2 time each restaurant on business dinner. for me it was really helpful we did no need to take taxi after the whole day of hard work. the rooms with super comfortable bed all brand new.... THE BEST AND MOST IMPORTANT I left for the end. SUPER FIRENDLY AND SUPER HELPFULL Anna – front desk supervisor. That girl made our stay exceptional. I travel a lot and I never met so helpful person in any hotel. Gold medal for her. Starting from registration, rebooking, payments she helped me with that all. She helped us event with parking space outside the hotel as we had 3 bigger trucks. She took care of us for the whole period of time we were there. Basically the hotel motto is that client need to relax and do not worry about anything, they solve all your problems. I love the idea and for sure for next year we will come back to Moxy Mulheim – so good memories.

Room was big, bed was comfortable, really nice people at the reception. I would go back.

Everything so clean and comfortable. Fabulous breakfasts, large variety of cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit as well as cheese, meats, boiled eggs, choices of breads and drinks and juices. Staff were really helpful, sorting out the fact I had to stay an extra day but I didn't have to change room, getting taxi etc. Location less than 10 mins from tram into centre. Also evening meal and a bear available in house if you wished. Very happy.

There was some free parking in front and it’s in walking distance to the fair grounds.

Bed was best bed we have ever slept on. Accidentally locked myself out and was in a rush to be somewhere so owner was lovely enough to come asap

Very nice apartment with all the facilities you might need. We stayed only 1 night, but it is good also for a few days more. Everything was very clean. The street has several parking spots usually already taken by residents in the evening, however there are other parking places in one of the adjacent streets. The Cokes in the fridge and the cookies for breakfast were a real nice touch!

The place was super clean and our host Christian was also really friendly! He answered almost immediately when I needed help with things and was really helpful.
