Very comfortable stay, clean, friendly staff, good storage for bicycles, also their bar/restaurant and common spaces + breakfast were very good. I was very pleasantly surprised about everything. Perfect location just next to train station and old town. I only stopped overnight but could recommmend for a longer stay in the city as well

I stayed at an IHG in London previously and it was good so knew this was a safe choice. we were SO impressed by the receptionist here though - the best I have come across perhaps ever. Courteous, friendly, welcoming with genuine warmth and giving us so much helpful information.

For the it is very important to feel safe, and the hotel is placed in a quiet neighborhood. There are a few supermarkets 15 minutes away as well as some smaller store(netto) right in the complex where the hotel is. The stuff was super nice and helpful, and all of them speak English. Breakfast was diverse and tasty with vegan options, too. I didn't use public transportation as the hotel is 20 minutes away from the central train station and the main attractions. I really loved Dresden. It is the cleanest and safest city I've visited so far in Germany and my stay at this hotel made the experience even better. I will definitely come back.

I liked the location -city centre reached on foot just for few minutes. Supermarkets nearby. Room was clean, nice and with a small kitchen with all Basics you can need while preparing food. Near hotel was some public transport stops. It was very nice hotel.
