Exceptional hotel, especially for families. We had an extra large room for a family of four - perfectly spacious. We loved all the special touches and knick knacks in the hotel and room. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Great breakfast and very reasonably priced. This hotel offers exceptional value for money in a great location.

Brilliant position right near Hafencity underground train station - just a few stops to the main central station. About a hundred metres from a big modern shopping centre and a great selection of restaurants. We walked all over the city very easily. Not far from Miniature Wonderland and the harbour. Very clean and comfortable room. We wanted to extend our stay but the hotel was fully booked so it wasn't possible.

Very nice Hotel. Perfect location for a vacation as well as concert visit. Very professional and friendly staff. We had a medical emergency during our stay and the hotel management was a great help.

Its stylish decoration impressed me on my first arrival. The location is great. Uberseetier Station (U4 line) is just a few minutes' walk. Tourist attractions like Elbharmonie, Maritime Museum and warehouse blocks are close by. Neighboring large-scale property development is seen near completion stage. It will become more lively and prosperous.

Newly opened in 2016, the uniquely-decorated 25hours Hotel Altes Hafenamt lies in the HafenCity district of Hamburg. It is just a 5-minute walk from the river Elbe and from the famous Speicherstadt.

Everything 😊 Hotel very very beautiful (the idea of changing an old school to a Hotel like this AMAZING Parking a lot of spaces ro parc, even if the parking behind the Hotel is full (75places) there are many other places around to parc the car. The rooms where just amazing. Ok may be for some people expensiv (140€/night) BUT if you are 2 people its only 70€ and for that Price YOU GET BREAKFAST INCLUDED and a reallly reallly nice room with a big Shower. WiFi is free and works perfect. Breakfast in the morning is amazing for this price. You have many choices. Stuff were really friendly amd informal. They hslp you wherever and with whatever you need as Information.

Comfortable and stylish!!!! Everything you would expect for a self catering unit. This was like home away from home 🏡 . Very friendly and helpful staff. The unit is 100m from the Elbe river where you can get the hop on hop off busses and do a river cruise. Next to the famous St Michel church.
