Being a new building, it is well done with large rooms and qualitative amenities. I liked a lot the way they communicated the automatic check-in procedure and ways to check out.
Also, even if the building is very close to the railways, the insulation is very good and you cannot hear the trains. Just in case you can, earplugs are available next to the elevator.

The property felt very new and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and decently sized!! There was even salt and dishwashing essentials, so I didn't need to buy anymore. There were metro stations nearby. And the location felt safe and was relatively quiet. Check-in and the keyless entry system were super easy to use. There is a Rewe supermarket just around the corner (2-minute walk). The closet had plenty of hangers (~20) available. There is a self-service laundry nearby (8-min walk) that accepted card payments (SB-Waschcenter Balla-Balla on Google Maps). The heating system (radiators you can adjust) was adequate for winter in February (reached -1ºC outside). Wifi was fast and had no issues. It's perfect for a solo traveller who wants to save money on food by cooking. Two might be okay, if you're not spending the whole day inside.
