The property felt very new and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and decently sized!! There was even salt and dishwashing essentials, so I didn't need to buy anymore. There were metro stations nearby. And the location felt safe and was relatively quiet. Check-in and the keyless entry system were super easy to use. There is a Rewe supermarket just around the corner (2-minute walk). The closet had plenty of hangers (~20) available. There is a self-service laundry nearby (8-min walk) that accepted card payments (SB-Waschcenter Balla-Balla on Google Maps). The heating system (radiators you can adjust) was adequate for winter in February (reached -1ºC outside). Wifi was fast and had no issues. It's perfect for a solo traveller who wants to save money on food by cooking. Two might be okay, if you're not spending the whole day inside.

The hotel is modern and nicely located in a quiet area. There is a bus stop nearby from which you can get anywhere. The room is big enough, very clean, attracively decorated and the bed is really comfortable. The breakfast is really tasty and offers a good variety of products. Excellent location walking distance to visit family 10 min., which was the main purpose of our trip to Hamburg, and walking distance to the airport 15 min. through the forest. Couldn't be better. Also convenient for bus, U Bahn and S Bahn to Hamburg-Mitte. The room was modern and very clean. Never had to wait for elevators, which is unusual in many hotels these days when you travel the world. The staff was also very service minded.
