This hotel just screams high end with really high quality furnishings, luxury bathrooms and room amenities. The bar and lobby are super nice. I appreciated that the rooms were not cramped and there was parking on site. All of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The rate for the rooms are reasonable in comparison to the other hotels in the area without compromise of comfort! Its close to all that Hamburg has to see. Its in a quiet nook but still in the center of everything. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Hamburg

The location is perfect, 10 minutes walk from the centre, one minute walk from the metro station. The staff is very polite. We stayed for three nights and we got traffic thickets for three days free of charge. The room was not noisy no matter the street view. The furniture in the room is a little bit out of date, who cares about that but we didn't. The double bed was very comfortable.
