A very nice hotel situated within 5 minutes reach of the u-bahn station that would take you to the Rathaus in about 25-30 minutes. The stuff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean. We went by car and we parked in the hotel's parking for 2.5EUR a day, since we arrived on Sunday night and no free spots were available on the street. During the day one can easily find parking in the street.

Lovely breakfast buffet with a wide variety of choices, including omelettes made to order. Air conditioning in the rooms. Choice of hard and soft pillows. Quick checkout - just put your keycard into a box if you've already paid. Free shuttle available to/from the airport using electric vehicles. Not close to the city centre but located in a commercial district which was exactly where I wanted to be.

Just a 10-minute drive from Hamburg Airport, this hotel opposite the Stadtpark Gardens offers free wellness facilities, free WiFi in all areas, and an à-la-carte restaurant with conservatory.

We liked the bathroom and beds the most. Also, the kitchen was very comfortable. The room is awesome for families. We liked that there were shampoos and shower gels in the bathroom.

Everything was very good: warm and clean room, comfortable double bed with 2 pilots (which for us was a plus). From the location there are very good connections with public transport, to all important objectives in Hamburg. We will definitely recommend this accommodation.

The room was spacious, the bathroom was very small, but very well designed, with particularly good lighting compared to the vast majority of hotel bathrooms; there must have been a ventilation in there (as steam and odours never lingered), but so silent we didn't take notice. Very important for us: the heating was perfect, as there were large radiators and we could adjust them to our need. The windows were quite large (if one goes there for work, I think this is very important), but the curtains did their job well in the morning. The reception staff are nice ald helpful.

The location is amazing! Only a few minutes from a bus stop and easily findable. The host is also very nice and easily approachable. Will definitely be going there again!
