Everything was perfect, the location is great, the room, toilet-bathroom, kitchen, living area were very nice and very clean, the reception was very friendly and helpful, especially Laura was very kind and helpful. If I could be given a hundred points, I would.

The hotel is beautifully appointed, the staff are all friendly and extremely professional and attentive. Bed was incredibly comfortable, dinner was excellent, and the breakfast buffet incredible! We were delighted to meet the owner/manager Dr Caroline von Kretschmann and be able to listen to her philosophy and history of the hotel. What a personal touch! The attention to detail was amazing - every room a fresh flower, hallways with fresh flowers. Beautiful antiques mixed with modern comforts. And I loved that they had a cute little rubber duckie in the bathroom 😃

Location, views, facilities, spotlessly clean. We could not have asked for a better start to our family holiday. Emma was a great host and popped in to give extra coffee pods. Our 20yr old son is with us- he has an intellectual and physical disabilities. There are stairs to the apartment but they were definitely wide enough to easily fit him and one of us to safely assist. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful city.

Excellent modern,clean and well equipped apartment in a great location just off the river and the main street. Several nice terraces. Secure parking and supermarket very close. The castle vernicular railway is only a short walk away.

Very nice stylish rooms in the center of Heidelberg nice breakfast, comfortable beds. We had some problems with our key card when we arrived with no personnel on sight we were a bit worried but it was fixed with a phonecall

The breakfast was magnificent. The room was also comfortable, and the location was good.

This hotel is situated at the foot of the historic Heidelberg Castle. A buffet breakfast is provided each morning and Heidelberg-Altstadt Train Station is a 10-minute walk away.

Amazing hotel next to the castle. Staff was helpful and very nice. At the check-in the lady at the reception gave us the map of the old town and marked the must see places and explained how to get there. We had great room with a balcony and the castle in background and there were small Haribo packs on our pillows which was so cute. Bed was large and comfy and we could hear the birds singing in the evening and in the morning, and that was so romantic and wonderful. The breakfast was classic, but very good - quite a lot of choice considering that hotel isn’t large. I loved the hospitality and will definitely return there again. Vielen dank für alles! :)
