I wish we could’ve spent one more day here! The unit was spotless, modern, and had a great view. The location was also super convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. Everything was just so comfortable and well put together. Would definitely love to come back!

This hotel is a gem. First, because of the house's history dating back to the 15th century - and you feel that. Second, because of the location, which cannot be better for Heidelberg. Third, and we want to emphasize this explicitely: because of the friendliness of the frontdesk staff. The young gentleman who welcomed us on June 29th (he origninally comes from Syria, now lives in Germany since years) was a role model of a service team member. Not only he explained us everything, apologizing for not offering A/C because of the buildings protective status, he also knew so much about the history of the house and he shared many stories about it with us. We felt super-welcome. Please, hotel management, give this man our regards, and praise him for his dedication and professionalism. This is how hospitality should be.

The view was amazing~ Everything was perfect. The room.was based on the rooftop, so the view was amazing, and the location was perfect to go up the castle, it's just like what everyone said here on review. The reception was super kind and helpful, very professional.
