If you use train (S8) the place is perfect. There is train every few minutes with connection to hauptbahnhof. The station is just 4 minutes on foot. The house is very comfortable, very clean, the bathroom is big.

Very sleek and modern, family room with partition between the beds to create 2 rooms so the kids could go to bed and we could stay up without keeping them awake. Fantastic breakfast included in the room price and amazing value for money. I couldn't understand why/how it was so reasonably priced yet so fancy. We had a great stay. Very good nice clean room with balcony situated in quite location (but still close to everything you need), very close to the Sbahn station with direct connection to the centre of Munich (about 20-25 minutes), excelent breakfast

It is a very good hotel outside of city centre of Munich. The room was big and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower can be a bit better. Wi-Fi is very good. The breakfast is full of options. If you like walking such as I do, the Center is 45 minutes away on foot. They have secure parking. Above all staff is amazing.
