The staff was very nice and helpful. They're always there for you. The bar and reception area (also breakfast area) was very welcoming. Breakfast is nice, a bit expensive but comfortable for busy days. The room is just the right size. The shower is clean and comfortable, although there is something weird with the water (one second super hot, then super cold). It was really a good experience for us in Munich with this hotel!

Full Renovated in 2018. In 2022 Novotel Munchen City was expanded with 67 additional rooms in the new building connected to the existing one.

Excellent hotel. The room was very spacious, comfortable, clean, and had a modern style. It provided all the amenities, and everything was designed to be functional and meet all needs. The bed mattress was exceptional. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful, with experience and a professional approach. The breakfast was wonderful, rich, and had many healthy options. It was a hotel that met the standards of a 4-star hotel.

Excellent location, a very good variety of breakfast food. Quiet at night and the room size was just right. Big plus for the shower.

A great motel, near the train and bus station, in a clean and very quiet neighborhood of the city. The room wasn't very big but it didn't bother us. The staff was very polite and helpful and after a request through the booking app, we were able to check in earlier.

Comfy room, bed great, quiet despite Oktoberfest partiers. It was my birthday and they went above and beyond from welcoming me at check in to a cheesecake delivered to my room. Martin in the restaurant even sang happy birthday. They even held some items that needed refrigeration for me over my stay. We stayed with another couple and they managed to put our rooms next door. Would recommend this hotel.
