Everything was spectacular. I went for just one night for the Adele concert and I have to say that the hotel is so well located. It has the metro, buses, trains and taxis right next to it. The building is already very pretty on the outside, but it also looks spectacular on the inside. The staff was spectacular. They were able to give me a room at 11:00 in the morning, 3 hours before my original check-in. The room was super clean, everything was shining and I am very picky about that but I couldn't find any dirt. Also a huge advantage is that the bar in the hotel, non-alcoholic drinks and snacks are all free and unlimited. It is greatly appreciated. On hot days they give you a voucher for free ice cream. The decoration was also very nice 10/10. If one day i will return to Munich, i will choose this Hotel.

The staff was really amazing and made the stay very comfortable from the check-in to the check-out. Our every question and wish was treated with kindness and professionality. The beds were really comfortable and so was the temperature in the room. Our room was clean and quiet and well suited for a disabled guest. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Many buses stops closeby and a short walk from the hotel lies Ostbahnhof.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is very clean. The hotel overall is really quiet you won’t hear any noise in the bedroom. The location is very good just 1min walk to the nearest station. And most importantly, the AC is cold in the bedroom.
