Prior to our arrival we had contact with the hotel with a room request and asking advice on the best way to arrive from the airport. We were given prompt, polite and excellent advice: Metro, not train! From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and gave great advice on things to do in Copenhagen. The hotel is on the beautiful Nyhaven Canal, and already at the beginning of November the Christmas market along the Canal and in the main square were up and running. Our room faced the courtyard and was very quiet. We had a very spacious room, spacious bathroom, very comfortable bed, and excellent breakfast.

The rooms were very spacious and very homely. We felt very comfortable and it was very relaxing coming to our rooms. The house garden was very beautiful and we loved drinking our coffee in the garden. The host provided everything needed for cooking and eating - there was even coffee, tea, cocoa and more! The hotel has a comfortable location. It is a quiet area with other residential buildings. The room was clean and comfortable. There were all kitchen utensils. It was not usual for everything to work automatically. You can communicate with the staff through a tablet or email. We were satisfied with our stay at the hotel.
