Room size, location, bathroom, included breakfast. All professional, welcoming and helpful staff, particularly the friendly Zannia. No.2 Tram is outside the door to Old Town and Port though also easy walk. Airport is under 3km away. All good value.

Hotel is located in a quiet area. You can reach the city center within 10 min (walking). The breakfast was really delicious. We appreciated also that the spa was open till 10 p.m. Would definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Tallinn.
