It was very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, attentive, and gave excellent customer service. The breakfast food is freshly prepared (example: freshly made omelette right in front of you). It is an adults only hotel so no kids screaming and running. The location of the hotel is simply the best. Taxis etc are right around d the corner.

We wanted a place to completely unwind and this was perfect. Would go again. Everything was very calm and tasteful, to a high standard. Falling asleep to the sounds of the waves each evening. Exceptional breakfast, looking out onto the red sea. Kayaking on crystal blue water. There are many more sunbeds and cabanas than hotel rooms so there was always plenty of choice for shade or sun, beach or pools. The resources of 2 pools and kids pool and beach for 80 rooms was an excellent ratio, it never felt too crowded and we always had plenty of choice. Our room was better than the photos. Very comfortable beds and beach sunloungers. All staff were extremely friendly, helpful and unintrusive. We used the spa for massages and took classes with the gym instructor ( Yoga and bodypump). All were fantastic. High quality cusine. Highly recommend. El Gouna also has lovely restaurants around the marina and downtown, both of which are a few minutes away in a touktouk. The lagoon is very safe, you can touch the ground and walk 300m out into the sea. We had two days of 35km/h wind which was breezy, could make you want a tshirt in the shade, but not a problem for us. And 3-4days of 18km wind which was a perfect amount to keep cool in the 30-35 degree heat. Thank you to all at the chedi for a really lovely holiday.

I had an amazing stay at Casa Cook El Gouna! The service was excellent from start to finish – professional, friendly, and always attentive. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, stylish yet relaxed. A special thanks to Zidan, the Event Ambassador, who went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. Truly a highlight of my trip – I can’t wait to come back!

Great spot and we come here regularly. So many pools it is easy to find a quiet and empty one. Little terrace and on ground floor is nice. Kitchen is well stocked.

My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The property is new, clean, and well-organized, with excellent service. I would especially like to thank Madam Christina, who is truly the right person in the right place. She is a wonderful and professional person who not only solved a problem we faced but also made our stay extremely comfortable. She consistently cared about us, paid attention to every detail, and stayed in touch throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Her presence, warm smile, and refined manners left a very positive impression and truly elevated our experience at the hotel. She is a truly dedicated person who reflects an honorable image of the hotel through her service, commitment, and professionalism. I sincerely thank her from the bottom of my heart and wish her all the best and continued success. My special thanks also go to Mr. Mohamed Helmy, who is truly an outstanding example of dedication and professionalism. He was always present, attentive to every detail, and constantly making sure that guests were comfortable and satisfied. I would also like to thank Mariam at the reception for her kindness and professionalism, and Mr. Ali for his warm and helpful service. Place is very clean and you can find everything inside; nearby supermarkets and close to beach and shuttle boat

The owner was very helpful because the Google map directions were not accurate. So he was kindly meeting us by the road to take us to the property himself
