This hotel is well presented in terms of all aspects. The hotel staff are looking for every detail to keep the customer satisfied. Food: Many varieties, including Asian, Middle Eastern, European, and Africa. Quality of food is high and always fresh, even if they serve fresh Juices. Activities: they will keep you busy 24 hours, video games, Tennis, football, basketball, waterpark activities, cinema, skating, byccle, electric cars, and so on. Also, they let us stay an extra 3 hours, and they accepted early checkin. Special thanks to all friendly team and particular Mr. Ahmad Tohamy and Mr. Omar.

Service 10/10. The Manager of reception Mr. AMR made our experience even better, he was polite,friendly and he helped us with everything we needed. Every resort needs one Manager like Mr. AMR. Our room was mantening by Mr. ASHRAF SAYED,he also was very polite and very professional, all the time he was offered the best service to us. The personal who served us at the pool bar and at the restaurants also was great. The service provided 5 stars of 5. We thank you to all!

Fantastic stay at Beach Albatros Aqua Park! The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The Aqua Park and the many pools were a huge hit for both kids and adults – we had fun all day long. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Absolutely amazing experience from the start to the finish! Reception staff were really nice & polite. Room was settled for 4 people (constantly hit into issue that room is being set for only 3 people). It was on the top floor (as requested) and really nice, big & bright. We booked superior room, but were upgraded to a 2 bedroom without even asking for it. Room was at very convenient location (5908), close to all amenities. Food was really nice and we loved the buffet idea instead of a la carte (as per our previous experience some restaurants weren't offering kids menu or it was the same across all restaurants on site). My favourite was German, but really enjoyed Egyptian. Choice may be not huge, but everything was really tasty and plenty of meat, vegetables and salads (I always struggle with last 2 options totally missing in Egyptian hotels). Wish to see more grilled fish. But praws were available for most of the nights. Only small note: pizzas were a hit and a miss, most of the time weren't cooked properly, so kids couldn't eat it (especially at the beach restaurant). Fresh orange juice in the morning definitely was a nice bonus! Nice choice of fruits! Strawberry was available most of the time and chocolate fountain was a pleasant surprise for kids! Wish freshly brewered coffee were served in restaurants instead of instant. Wasn't a huge problem, as there were a Coffee shop on site. Kids club was lovely, my daughter really enjoyed it. Beach is really nice and sandy with shallow end which was perfect for kids to play. A canal on site in the middle of the hotel makes this place absolutely unique! You can a ride on the boat or take a swan bike and take a ride yourself! Lots of small & big colourful fish around! Kids really enjoyed feeding the fish and even gave names to few of them, as they kept coming yo us every day. They have bicycles on site if you want to take a ride.

For sure the best hotel in the World for kids. Everything is just perfect. It exceeds any high level of expectation you might have. Hotel staff are very friendly and always concerned about guest wellbeing. We will be back for sure.

The price is right with all the facilities, services and the unlimited food, all fantastic!!! We definitely come back & this resort is highly recommended!

Large clean room, different restaurants and cuisine options in all inclusive, friendly staff and chill vibe. Peter, the host helping booking guests, was very kind and helpful - always available for questions or restaurant bookings.

It was amazing beautiful and clean. Very very friendly people. Staff was always going the extra mile to make wonderful things happen. I will be back soon with all my Australia family. Excellent value for money, food drink and entertainment was amazing. Thank you for your hospitality
