This hotel is perfect! Newly renovated and extremely clean and with very friendly and helpful staff. There is an excellent Egyptian breakfast served until 12pm every day and they can also do other breakfasts on request. Highly recommended especially for solo travellers.

Newly modernised in an apartment block about 100 years old (the lift is original) in what was then the elite part of Cairo. British and US embassies close by and near a modern Coptic church all with a heavy police presence 24/7. Secure door with electronic lock.
