They give us good room as our request . Food is very tasty and exist many variety meat 🍖🍖 chicken 🍗🍗 in all restaurants. Seafood is very tasty also many kinds of food 😋😋. The best friendly team in sharm .

However, while the physical attributes of the hotel are indeed captivating, it was the exemplary service by the staff that truly won our hearts. Mr. Guda, the Assistant Front Office Manager, along with his dedicated team, deserve a special mention. Their promptness, professionalism, and genuine warmth turned our stay into something truly memorable. Being involved in the leisure industry ourselves, my husband and I, we often have high expectations when it comes to service standards. However, the level of service we received at Pickalbatros surpassed even our loftiest expectations. Beyond the usual amenities, it's the little gestures that make all the difference. And the crowning jewel during our stay was the exquisite lemon mango cake, crafted to perfection by the hotel's gifted Pastry Chef. A fusion of tangy and sweet, it was unlike anything we've tasted before, elevating our culinary experience to sublime heights. In an industry teeming with choices, it's the people that make a place stand out. At Pickalbatros, every staff member we encountered was a testament to this truth. Excellent location with reef. The property is like a garden, being taken care of tremendously. Food was delicious and you could find options if you have many intolerances like myself. Staff is friendly and takes good care of tourists. You have taxi options right from the hotel as well as excursions. Plus there is pharmacy right at the territory which has proven useful to us a few times, and you will also find few convinience shops at the territory in case you forget something at home.

Everything about the resort was well done and we were treated so nicely by the staff! We all enjoyed our stay so much and found, Mustafa our house keeper AMAZING he went above and beyond to meet our needs and take ensure we had an amazing stay. Every time we entered our rooms he had made us some kind of towel animal which would brighten our day and moods, it was so nice and refreshing coming back to a tidy room but also something fun to look forward too! Mustafa was also very trustworthy as well. If you get a chance to visit Jaz Fanara, you better wish that Mustafa is your housekeeper :D Thank you SO much Mustafa. All the waiters were amazing and so kind there was never a time where I needed to get their attention they had it ready always!

This was our third stay at this hotel, and as always, everything was exceptional. A special mention goes to Mr. Ahmed Khaled and Mr. Ramadan at the reception, who went above and beyond to ensure a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for our entire family. We must also commend the staff at the main restaurant, the staff at the beach restaurant, the room service team, the porter who assisted with our luggage — all were incredibly helpful and attentive. The staff’s constant smiles create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. One of the features we love most about this hotel is its private beach located within the hotel premises, eliminating the need to leave the property. It’s perfect for a stress-free holiday. The beach is mostly sandy, but water shoes are useful if you explore the area for a good snorkeling spot to admire the beautiful Red Sea fish. We had an excellent stay once again and are already looking forward to returning next summer. This hotel has truly become our family’s favorite in Sharm El Sheikh!

The Safir Sharm Waterfalls Resort is an absolute gem! The location is breathtaking, nestled right next to the stunning waterfalls that give the resort its name. The services were top-notch, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The food and drinks were delectable, offering a diverse range of culinary delights that catered to all tastes. The reception was warm and welcoming, and the overall decor and ambiance of the resort created a truly luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. Special appreciation to Mr. Abdullah and Mr. Jordian . As for entertainment, the resort offered a variety of activities, from water sports to evening shows, ensuring there was never a dull moment. Truly a remarkable value for the money spent. We loved everything. This is the place to go if you want to have a relaxed and careless resort time in Egypt! The decoration and vibe are amazing, and you can also have a lot of fun in the family pool if that’s what you’re looking for as well! The staff was great, especially Mahmoud who was very attentive of our needs and always received us with a warm and welcoming smile. We felt like we were at home!
