The staff is very friendly. The environment is neat. The food is delicious. And the best thing is that there is a beautiful reef. In the evenings there is always a different program. Dancing, songs, magic evenings. A disco for children.

The hotel was located in a convenient area, above that sierra provided us with transportation to the beach and various other tourist attractions.It is also connected to SOHO square and it made a nice night time chill and being a guest with sierra it made it even easier .Sierra has many activities on the property as well as multiple pools to choose from. The staff are exceptional at making your stay as comfortable as possible. Andrew at the reception provided us with all the information about Sharm-El-sheik and the hotel and made our stay extremely pleasant. Andrew was very friendly and helpful and went out of his way to make us feel welcome .Ibrahim with the cleaning service is very helpful and the cleanliness is above standard. The towel structures that we came back to were always really cool .Roshna with the food staff was always smiling and made us feel really happy . There were lots of food options and overall loved my stay . The best hotel we’ve stayed in. Can’t wait to come back again for longer !

Possibly my favorite hotel in the world. The staff are just amazing, the facilities out of this world. a fantastic private beach with its own stunning coral reef.

Amazing coral reef, good food even for vegans, friendly staff The reef: there are 2 short pierces to safely enter the sea, about 150 meters apart, you can swim between them and further to other hotels The hotel area: huge with a nice greenery. Takes about 10 minutes to get from the beach to the lobby, I liked it. The shuttle is also available. The food: one of the best we have experienced even in more expensive hotels Animations: a plenty of standard activities (yoga, volleyball, beach games etc) but the team literally causes you to join again and again (it was my first time ever I participated in such kind of activities) The staff: The whole animation team is super bombastic! Aladdin is always energetic, the girls always find time for a small talk with guests, even the annoying ones without an exclusion. Anna is always smiling and charming, listening to every guest, Jenia is entertaining and Nastya is cool, and all of them (forgot the names of other guys) are great dancers. Special thanks to waiter Mohammed for my latte on a soy milk 😊 The evening program starts with singers followed by a local disco, but one can't hear the noise from a room

Myself and my friends stayed here for 4 nights and we couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! All of the staff went above and beyond to help us and made our experience extremely comfortable and enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

This our second visit to Grand oasis in 9 months. We have a lovely & relaxing time at this hotel. The hotel has 3 pools with plenty of sun beds and towels are provided and a beach which you can scuba from, with sun beds and beach bar. There some shops on the resort. Lovely bar and reception area. Staff are fabulous and work hard to provide a great service. Some staff to mention who we laughed with and that went the extra mile; Motaz and Omar from the restaurant, Ali from the bar and Kirolos from pool bar. Special thanks to Samuel from reception who sorted our taxi problem when I had booked the wrong pick up day. The chefs work tirelessly to prepare lots of meals for throughout the day. I love this hotel location to the airport and a 5 minute walk to Soho square. We hope to be back within the next few months!
