the location was perfect, very central and very safe. we walked everywhere and were close to everything. the room was perfect for a couple and very cozy. the staff was excellent and very nice, especially antonio he speaks so much languages and was very helpful and nice. we advise this hotel for his work too! we will definitely return here!

The location is very good! The room is small but comfortable, warm. Very clean. Thorough cleaning every day, thank you! The bed is comfortable. Sound insulation is good, not even traffic noise from the street can be heard. The view from the balcony is amazing! The staff is friendly and kind. Thank you very much! From the moment we arrived, everything was close to perfection. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the accommodations were not only luxurious but also equipped with modern technology that made our stay even more enjoyable. The quality of the food was outstanding, offering a delightful culinary experience that we will not soon forget. However, what truly set our experience apart was the incredible staff. Every member of the team was kind, extremely helpful, and genuinely friendly. Their personal approach made us feel welcomed and valued, and we appreciated the little touches that made our stay special. As we left, we felt a mix of sadness and warmth in our hearts, knowing that we had found a home away from home. For our next trip to Barcelona, we won’t need to search for accommodation again—we already know where to go! Thank you to everyone at El Palace for making our stay so memorable.
