I am often disappointed by studio apartments but this one really exceeded my expectations. It was a perfect size for 1 person or for a couple. Everything seemed brand new and was very clean. The studio even included robes and slippers which was a nice touch. It's a little out of the centre but 9 min walk to the metro and lots of cafes etc close by.

The apartment was fantastic, it had everything we needed and more, including a washing machine and dishwasher. All appliances were top quality too.
It was very close to the bakeries and restaurants in Poblenou, so we had some great food, but also close enough to walk to the beach and the centre.
We will definitely come back again.

Location: great. 10 mins to the sea, 30 mins to Sagrada BY FEET.
Views: stunning. Sea, Sagrada, Torre Glories (Torre Agbar). It is even hard to leave the terrace sometimes because of the
views.
Pool: clean, nice, calm, pleasant place to chill. Sometimes even better than the sea, as it is very calm, clean toilets, shower. Very clean territory.
Very clean appartments with stunning views from both terraces.
Air conditioner was working properly.
We really recommend to book the parking if you stay with a car because it is very comfortable to go down with the elevator directly to the parking place.
In our case, the personnel solved the issue with kettle immediately, this makes sence. As when everything is ok , it is ok with every host. The real good host proves professionality when a problem is solved within seconds.
To sum up, we strongly recommend these appartments.

This is an absolutely amazing apartment in a great location with stunning views of the Sea and the City! I have travelled worldwide and my standards are high, the interior is beautifully done and the balcony is one of the biggest I have ever seen! Soo lovely for a couple, family or group of friends! It’s super spacious and clean, the hosts were so helpful and easy to deal with and so prompt in their responses! They even left us some lovely drinks and fruit in the fridge! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! If you are considering booking this place, just do it, you won’t regret it at all! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay, I shall be back!

I just love Motel One hotel. It’s stylish and cozy, the stuff is nice and friendly (in Barcelona exceptionally nice!). I’m quite picky, but Motel One always meet my expectations or exceed it.
I think it’s the best location in the city - it’s not crowd and the hotel building facing the big park with a zoo. It is also near to the sea and close to the Gothic quarter.
I like that the rooms are planned the ergonomic and the most sufficient way so you feel comfortable. A lot of pillows, light, many sockets to charge your devices. Great everyday cleaning! The relaxing fireplace on tv. And of course the amazing view from the terrace

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They responded to my requests quickly. Hotel breakfast is rich of options and breakfast hall is spacious. I enjoyed cooked eggs and fresh oranga juice the most. Hotel room is clean and comfortable and being cleaned up daily. The location is nice. Area includes many cool cafes and restaurants. Hotel is 5 minutes away from Clot metro station.
