The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave lots of recommendations of what to see and where to eat. The room was lovely, comfortable and very clean. When we booked into our room, there was cake and a bottle of cava to celebrate a birthday which was really thoughtful and unexpected. The location was perfect, right next to the river and the Guggenheim museum.

A comfortable studio room in a great location. Lots of bars & restaurants in the area, nice little park in front of the hotel, 2 minute walk to the metro and a supermarket. There is also a 6 storey shopping centre nearby.
I would have no issues staying again, if I return to Bilbao.
