Excellent, comfortable and pleasant base from which to explore Bilbao, located on a pedestrian avenue, no parking, however Arenal parking is just around the corner with easy elevator access from the plaza on the other side of the main street. Friendly staff, allround good visit.

Great location beside the old town and near metro station. Super views over the city. Very comfortable and well equipped. Very quiet with no traffic noise given its location beside the steps from Pl Unamuno.

Everything at the Hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were all so kind and helpful. They spoke very good English and they couldn't have done any more for us. The Hotel is fabulous which includes a lovely outdoor swimming pool, spa facilities and fitness center. The breakfast at the Hotel was also top class with plenty of variety and selection to choose from. I would highly recommend anyone staying in Bilbao to choose this hotel to stay in. You certainly will not be disappointed. It is in a fantastic location as well very near to the city center of Bilbao. 10/10 for this Hotel. We will definitely be back.
