Very helpful reception lady, explained us everything personally, we are returning customers and for sure if in Granada again we will stay there, no prob with the keys, parking on the road next to the apt, safe area, apt clean, big, AC working, everything went very well, private entrance, swimming pool in operation, like on holiday:)

The hotel was easy to find and in a good location near the sites of Granada. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable. The stay was excellent value for money.

Super Duper location. All attractions are at walking distance. Excellent apartment with all modern facilities. In spite of language barrier, reception staff made all effort to make our stay comfortable and gave us proper guidance for sight seeing. They were reasonable and prompt in settling my additional bill when I reported some crockeries being broken by my daughter. I loved this place and would love to stay again if I visit this Granada again.

I loved the location of this place! It is close to Saint Nicholas Viewpoint and Saint Micheal ciew point but also close to the city center as the hotel is in the middle of the hill!!!! The balcony was so lovely

Amazing hostel just a few minutes from Granada Cathedral. Everything was clean and sweet-scented, and the ambient is very authentic. Our host Mercedes was very kind and helpful. I recommend Granada Old Town Hostel for everyone who is looking for clean and good positioned room, with a touch of autehtic ambient.

Very spacious, clean and modern, close to the centre of town. Comfortable bed and lots of ammenities including coffee, tea, washing machine & powder, drying rack. Locker storage was useful and the whole process was digital so easy to check in and out.
