I loved everything . I was so happy I got to experience this hotel . It was everything nothing I can fault . I will definitely be back everything was on point . The complimentary cava was everything : the cheese , room was super clean .

Can't rate this property highly enough. It is in a historic block from 1910 probably serving workers in the local factories, long since gone. Everything about this clean compact apartment was well designed and considered. With a lot of ingenious artistic features along a re-cycling theme. It was very quiet. Although space was small to have two separate bedrooms was perfect for us. We ate at the restaurant directly opposite which was very good too. Sergio, our host spoke perfect English and was extremely friendly, tactful and helpful.

Excellent location and very good facilities but what really was exceptional and unmatched is the attention to details from the staff. Big thanks to Javi and the concierge team (the best I have experienced in all my travels).

The Agumar is a great choice for a stay in Madrid. It is close to the Atocha train station that makes it ideal for continue your travel with a train or connecting to the airport (about 15 minutes by car). We stayed here before and it did not disappoint. The staff -particularly at the reception- was always friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, so we enjoyed our rather short stay.

We booked a Junior Suite with a king-size bed and a sofa for three adults. The room was exceptionally spacious and comfortably accommodated us. The hotel was impeccably clean, and we received a warm and friendly welcome from the staff. The location is excellent—situated away from the city noise yet conveniently close to Retiro Park. A metro station is just 250 meters away, and taxis are almost always available right in front of the hotel. As a medical professional, I was particularly impressed by the presence of a defibrillator in the lobby, with all staff members trained in its use. This level of preparedness and attention to safety is truly remarkable.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our bedroom and bathroom was spacious and very clean. Thank goodness for the AC as it was very hot. We enjoyed sitting in the pool after a day of exploring the city. Would recommend this Hotel and will definitely stay there again!
