We travelled with a wheelchair and a mobility scooter, they did go out of there way to accomadate us, they even send an extra van to pick us up and bring us back to the airport. Good breakfast, nice lunch in the sister hotel next door.

The staff were great, the rooms were really nice and so comfortable, it is well located if you need to take a taxi to the airport in the morning - just 15 minutes door to door.

We loved Elba Madrid Alcala. Very near to metro stop. Best location with a number of shops nearby. Hotel staff were friendly & polite. Beautiful reception, with plenty of space to sit in a corner to enjoy a book or work. Loved our stay.
