Great experience. Our favorite hotel in all of our Spain trip and we were only there for one night. They have a Metro station that connects you to Atocha Train Station and the Airport right in front of the hotel so it is very convenient. The room was nice and spacious. The lobby was very pretty. Staff was so nice and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The staff was very polite, polite and very attentive. We would like to thank the staff in particular. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were spacious enough, especially the bathroom was ideal. The beds were both very comfortable and spacious, we slept and rested very well. There was free coffee every day and every hour. The location was a little far from the center, but we never had any transportation problems. We knew that anyway, so it wasn't a problem for us.

Gigi, one of the hosts, was thé best! She helped us with everything and was very kind. The room was spacious, there was a little fridge (a must when travelling with a kid), 2 showers even and all in the center of the city. Thus very close to the metro, and walking distance from the palace and several parcs with playgrounds.

A loooot of space. Really huge room as for hotel. Also, built-in kitchen really surprised. I would call it a tiny apprartment rather than a hotel room.
