The room was really nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was air conditioning. The TV had Netflix. However, the best thing is the location. It can not get anymore central than that. Restaurants and bars are close by. Our room was on the third floor but there were no elevators in the building we were staying in, so it might not be suitable for old people.

Lovely small hotel , brilliant location. Even free tea provided each day and we had champagne given in the room. Expensive for the decor in the room but location is the reason, 2 mins from cathedral and loads of restaurants. Plunge pool a bonus if you have time. Recommended to people already. Free bottles of water and tea and nespresso coffee all day in small kitchen available to all.

Fantastic location. The view from the window of the Alcazar was fabulous, and the view from the rooftop terrace of the Alcazar and cathedral was even better! The suite was large and well-appointed with amenities.
