Fantastic stay and hospitality. Haile, the owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They received me after midnight and guided my taxi driver to find the location, helped with ATM/bank issues, provided me with detailed information about Addis and traveling around Ethiopia. Room is spacious, has a TV table that serves as a working desk. A hot shower. Morning coffee or tea. Don't let the location discourage you, this spot is very convenient, just a few minutes from the city train and close to one of the bus stations (Lamberet Menaharia). I enjoyed restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Shola market which is right next to the apartments is great. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was very spacious and clean. All the staff were exceptionally gentle, polite, and friendly, making every effort to accommodate our requests. One highlight was the coffee ceremony held every Saturday at the hotel, which was truly impressive.

nice quiet place to stay in Addis. Nice Terasse at the upper most floor and you can have a good view of Addis abeba. Room was clean, neat. I was particulary looking for a room and a small kitchen and i could get all there. The gate man and another younger man always smiling and always ready to help.

This is a gem: very close to the airport. Huge apartment with two bedrooms + three bathrooms. Host gave me a local SIM card which came in really handy and I liked all facilities. It was great to be able to cook at the apartment and complementary water, coffee and tea was available too. Secure and modern place. Highly recommended.
