Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner were fabulous, and a good way to stay on budget given the really high prices in town caused by the big cruise ship presence. There were FIVE cruise ships in town.

It’s a beautiful hotel, the staff were very friendly, breakfasts were delicious with a great amount of choice, the rooftop area was beautiful and the location was great too, it’s a great place to stay if you’re in lovely Helsinki

when I and my friend arrive the hostel, the staff tell us we need to change to a room because there are no more space for to of us in the dorm. And he help us upgrade the level and the attitude is really great.

Amazing location, right near to Allas sea pools and Kauppatori! Lovely convenient, clean, comfortable apartment with views towards the sea and ferry port. Lovely shared spaces, 2 shared jucuzzis and steam room and separate men’s and women’s sauna. Gym was also well equipped.

Upon arrival, we were allowed to leave our luggage until it was time for check-in. Check-in and check-out is totally done solely using a tablet. We got a studio apartment and it was huge, with two arm chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooker. The biggest surprise though: two huge wardrobes. The bathroom was impressive too, with beautiful tile and a superb shower. The place was impeccably clean. You can rent a hair dryer from a common service facility, using the keycard. The building had a sauna, even though we didn't use it. There were also games and movie room and a common kitchen downstairs. Cleaning is done every two days, so since we stayed for only two nights, the room wasn't cleaned (it was needed any way). The location is about 20 minutes from the main train station, but we didn't mind that. Had a couple of good night's sleep as the beds were comfy.
