We had a wonderful stay at the Fettolina apartment in Cannes.
The sea view from the terrace is breathtaking, and the location is ideal — just steps from the beach, in a very high-end, refined neighborhood that truly feels like a hidden gem.
The apartment itself is elegant and very well maintained. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom, which made our stay especially comfortable.
Each room is equipped with air conditioning, and there are electric shutters on the balconies.
The building features a motion-sensor glass entrance, spotlit ceiling, and uniform entrance doors, all reflecting the apartment’s overall refined and high-quality design.
Lucien and Pascale were very kind and flexible with our check-out time, especially considering we were traveling with a 2-year-old child.
They provided a baby cot and a high chair, which was truly appreciated.
Communication with them was smooth and welcoming throughout.
Parking is available and secure, although the garage space is a bit tight to navigate.
Overall, the apartment — and the neighborhood — is a true gem. We’d love to return and can absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Cannes.

Everything is really good. The location is perfect, near the best beaches such as plage bijou and not really far from train station or old cannes. Pretty quiet area. Good size studio with confortable feel. Will come back for sure.
