The apartment was lovely. We also enjoyed the space in the garden and our boys had good fun playing football. We loved it so much, we spent much more time there than we anticipated. It allowed us a much needed rest in our travels. Sophie was lovely and so helpful. We intend to visit again 😊

The recent refurbishment of this hotel has improved the accommodation no end . The evening menu whilst adequate could perhaps move to reflect the new decor.

The chateau is perfect. It is easily accessible only 10 minutes from the motorway - so much nicer than staying in a chain motel. The lovely town of Macon is a few minutes away with a wide choice of restaurants and bars.
The hosts are friendly and welcoming.
There is a kitchen and dining area where you are invited to prepare your own food if you wish. Cheese, bread and meats are provided in the fridge.
Our room was warm and so very comfortable.
We stayed in winter but I can imagine it would be beautiful in summer as a base to explore the area.
