The apartment is nicely decorated, comfortable and very well located (well connected particularly to Gare du Nord and de l'Est). When the link for the security deposit didn't work, we were helped out swiftly via phone. Luggage could be stored easily in a locker before check-in and after check-out. They even promised to look for our kids' toy. The perfect place for us during our short trip to Paris.

The hotel looks brand new or recently renovated. I requested a large and quiet room due to my height and my noise-sensitivity. I received a room answering to all my expectations. I have been warmly welcomed by Clementine, Ousmane and all the team. The rooms are comfortable and decorated in a cozy style, modern but also reminiscent of nature or the countryside. Snacks and drinks are offered at the lobby at different times of the day. Coffee, tea, sweets, still and sparkling water were waiting for me in my room. Very large television screen, large and over-equipped bathroom, and different storage space available in the room. A spa including a jacuzzi / bubble pool and a sauna can be privatized. Very well located just next to the Champs Elysees avenue and the Arc de Triomphe. Ideal for both business trips or holidays.

The breakfast was really good, a bit pricy though, but tasted great and the selection of fresh juice was exceptional. Staff was lovely and so helpful. Hotel is located in a really nice area, a bit away from very touristy places but close enough to get there fast. Thanks to this location you can experience different kind of Paris and have more local experience. Also, the hotel is super clean and looks fresh.
