Service was impeccable. My daughter had a fall during our first day of walking in Paris and suffered a foot sprain, but the staff were very accommodating to our requests, which helped her recover fast. Much appreciation to the staff, receptionists, and hotel management. They go out of their way to help you.
The hotel was beautiful, our room was clean and comfortable and the location very near to the top sites. It's also very accessible by metro or bus and some sites within walking distance. It's very near the Jardin de Luxembourg which is a must visit.

It was my second successful and pleasant stay in this amazing hotel. I have been kindly provided with a room upgrade to Junior Suite - it has 3 windows and is very cozy. Those two days in Paris have been delightful! I am in love with the quietness of the rooms, even though you can reach the Louvre on foot in 7 minutes and the D'Orsay in 15. I particularly love the service team of the hotel. I felt so welcome, and it has always been helpful and pleasant. Kids are welcome as well. Looking forward to coming back soon!
