Fantastic building and service. room was warm and comforting. Attention to detail and recognition for guests was on point. Was a suprise to see the level of care additionally, which I have not seen before in other establishments.

Five of us as a family traveled from Ushuaia, the end of the world, and we could not have found a better place to rest and walk around Edinburgh. "The Heart" is beautiful, really huge and comfortable, and it is located to be able to explore the old center on foot. The host's kindness and good will make our experience 100% recommendable.

I think this is exactly what a hotel should be, everything is where it should be, the staff are kind, the room is comfy, and every detail seems to be thoroughly considered. Possibly one of the best hotels I have ever visited with out breaking the bank.
