A wonderful hotel with excellent friendly staff.
The location, for us, was perfect! A 20-minute walk to the city center. But if you don’t like walking, there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The hotel itself was great, beautifully decorated. We will definitely come back.

Everything was always tidy and ready for use. The owners provided contact information available for questions and were present enough that I didn't need to look for them. The area was very quiet and relaxing, perfect after busy crowded days in the city center.

Five of us as a family traveled from Ushuaia, the end of the world, and we could not have found a better place to rest and walk around Edinburgh.
"The Heart" is beautiful, really huge and comfortable, and it is located to be able to explore the old center on foot.
The host's kindness and good will make our experience 100% recommendable.
