Loved the decor and luxurious feel of the hotel. We enjoyed the range of dining options, food was fabulous, cocktails awesome. The Staff all went out of their way to be attentive, friendly and welcoming .

The room was absolutely stunning and really exceeded our expectation! I got really sick during my stay, in the middle of the night, and had to go to the hospital, and the receptionist Jessica went above and beyond to help me. I felt safe and taken care of, as well as a comfortable place to stay. Would absolutely go here again, and Jessica did an amazing job!

The room had a very nice view over Glasgow and the bed was super comfortable. It's just at the central station but you don't hear any noises from outside. The personnel was very friendly, and especially Kyle was very helpful and kind!

Such a comfortable bed!! Only stayed 2 nights but wow - loved that bed! Seemed small when first opened the door, but had everything and super easy. Great location for central train station and east walk to other tourist stuff
