10/10. I dont think u will find a better hotel in Liverpool that this one, great value, brilliant staff assistance,beatiful rooms, exclusive visitor care. We really enjoyed our stay here in Resident. Highly recommended:))

As soon as you enter the hotel, you knew that your experience was going to be very good. The staff straight away were very friendly and with a smile. Once in the room it was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The bar and eating areas again were spacious and comfortable. I think what I enjoyed most was the staff, especially the bar staff and waitresses. They would always have a smile and engage in conversation with you, getting to know you, advising you and even giving me a lesson on the history of the cocktail Bramble.

The location was excellent, very near the city centre and the nightlife. The gentlemen running the shop downstairs were also helpful, and this is an added plus!
