George was very welcoming and made check-in so easy!! We enjoyed a drink before we went to our rooms it was so relaxing!! We booked dinner in the evening and was pleasantly surprised it was so nice. Great quality food, and Katie was such a good waiter. The room itself was large and clean, and the facilities were great.

The location of the apartment allowed us to get to know the Archimond neighborhood, where there was not so much tourism. The owner of the apartment was very kind, leaving us the refrigerator full of water and soft drinks, as well as coffee and tea and more cooking supplies. It is appreciated to arrive at an apartment where the kitchen is empty. We have felt like our own home, I totally recommend it

Very nice 1 bedroom flat with big and comfy bed, spacious kitchen with lots of natural night and charming living room. Great area nearby with shops and beautiful green path for walking. Highly recommended.

Brilliant room, huge American king bed, incredibly comfortable pillows, remarkably attentive staff, beyond perfect location. I usually change hotels when I travel but will absolutely return to the Ampersand any time I visit London.
